We trace our roots to the founding of the Wellington Fund in 1928. Assistant Vice President and Account Manager

As an account manager in Wellington Management’s UK Institutional Group, James leads our UK defined contribution book of business where he is responsible for developing relationships and managing our existing clients. He also leads our partnerships with a number of our UK local based consultant firms across a wide range of channels. Across both roles, he aims to match the firm’s expertise in investment content with each prospect, client or consultant’s need for specific product offerings or investment solutions.

James joined the firm in 2020 from the Royal Navy where he served 10 years as a warfare officer working on operations globally (2010 – 2020)

James earned his BSc in geography from Durham University (2008) and also holds the Investment Management Certificate.
