The Mobius Life brand was born in 2014, when the company was acquired by its management team and investors in a management buy-out, and the business concentrated on the provision of institutional investment platform services.

Hugh is a highly experienced investment management professional, with 25 years of leadership in global distribution, solutions and executive roles. Hugh leads the Mobius Client Solutions Team, working with existing and new clients to understand and deliver the most effective tailored investment solutions. Hugh has held senior positions in distribution and solutions roles for leading companies including BGI (now part of Blackrock), LGIM and AMG with experience across multiple asset classes, channels and investment styles. Mithesh Varsani

Chief Investment Officer

Mithesh joined in 2009 and is a CFA charterholder with a depth of experience in strategic research, asset allocation and portfolio management. As Chief Investment Officer he is responsible for leading the development of Mobius Life’s investment solutions and strategy, working within the Client Solutions team to support clients and asset managers to take on their challenges to improve outcomes and create value. He has helped position Mobius since joining building out the range of investment capabilities with the recent focus on bespoke structured solutions to allow clients to gain exposure to derivative strategies, private markets and sustainable assets.
