David Whitehair

David has been an active member of the DCIF for over 7 years and is the current Chair of the group. In his day job, David is a Director in the Institutional team at Lombard Odier Investment Managers (LOIM). David’s primary role is leading strategy and business development for the DC business. Within his role David works alongside the firm’s investment teams to build solutions that meet the ever-changing needs of the DC investor.

Based in London, David has 19 years of financial industry experience. Prior to joining LOIM in early 2025 , he was a Director in the UK Client Group at Janus Henderson Investors, where he was responsible for the strategic development and growth of the UK DC business. Prior to this David held senior DC focused roles at Franklin Templeton and Fidelity International.
