2024 Annual Event
The DCIF held its annual event on 19 March 2024 and launched its latest research report into what DC schemes and their advisors want from their private markets investments.
Elena Zhmurova presented the report’s key findings, having surveyed 21 pension schemes. She revealed what’s driving DC schemes to invest, what asset classes are most of interest and how they want to access them.
A panel of experts including visiting professor at The London Institute of Banking & Finance, Mark Cliffe, senior consultant at Aon, Katherine Patel and The Pensions Regulator’s Brendan Walshe, then debated whether schemes are moving fast enough to get to net zero.
The annual event was held in the Great Hall at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and was followed by a drinks reception.
